KIAAA Conference

2023 KIAAA Conference Returns to the Kansas Star Convention Center 

We are excited to return the 2023 KIAAA Annual Meeting and Conference to the Kanas Star Convention Center and Hampton Suites in Mulvane.   Please click HERE  to see a conference venue overview.  A final agenda can be seen by clicking HERE.  The conference will be from March 24-27, 2023 (Friday-Monday).

To register for the conference, members need to log into their FinalForms account at https://kiaaa.finalforms-amp.com/.  On the main page, locate the "Current Events" section on our account and find the events (KIAAA Conference, KIAAA Golf Tournament, KIAAA LTI) that you want to register for.  Complete the registration form for the event and when complete, type your name in the signature field and "submit".

If you already paid for the KIAAA Conference as part of your KIAAA Membership Registration in the fall, you still need to complete the forms as described above, but when the "submit" button is clicked there will be no invoice for the conference (note:  there will be an invoice generated for the golf tournament and LTI courses because fees were not collected for these during the fall registration).

If you do not have a FinalForms account, you will need to establish one to register for the conference.  To establish a FinalForms account, Click HERE.  When you click on the "members" login, choose the "never logged in?" prompt at the bottom of the login box.  Then enter your email and click "send secure link".  FinalForms will send you a confirmation email and temporary login to establish an account so that you can register.  Send a note to mhaught@kiaaa.org if you are having issues.
