The KIAAA serves its members by providing resources to develop and enhance leadership skills and by offering opportunities for professional growth. The KIAAA delivers Leadership Training Institute courses, where attendance surpasses expectations and positive feedback is overwhelming. The KIAAA enjoys a close relationship with the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) and is dually associated with the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA).
New in 2025-26: The KIAAA is now an affiliate organization of the United School Administrators of Kansas (USA-Kansas), joining other groups such as the Kansas School Superintendents Association and the Kansas Principals Association. Despite this new affiliation, the KIAAA will remain an independent and dynamic organization, continuing to offer high-quality spring conferences and fall workshops.
Key Updates:
- Membership Registration: KIAAA/NIAAA memberships will now be processed through USA-Kansas. A separate USA-Kansas membership is not required.
- Event Registration: Registration for the Fall Workshop and Spring Conference will also be handled through USA-Kansas.
- Transition from Final Forms: If you have already registered for membership or events via Final Forms, no further action is needed. Please note that Final Forms is no longer in use for these purposes. Moving forward, all registrations must go through USA-Kansas.
The KIAAA encourages all ADs to get involved in the organization! If you are interested in becoming more involved in the KIAAA please contact: Lane Green, Executive Director, at lgreen@kiaaa.org
We look forward to working with you in the future!
