KIAAA: Member Benefits
Don’t go it alone! Athletic administration alone can be challenging enough and most of us have many other responsibilities (principal, assistant principal, teacher, coach, etc.) as well. The KIAAA provides a community of athletic directors who are willing to share ideas, answer questions, offer resources, and help each other navigate the challenges of the job.
- KIAAA Member Exchange (New in 2026): A private SportsYou community where veteran KIAAA members share ideas, forms, policies, and best practices. This will prove to be a tremendous resource to our rookie athletic directors as well as our experienced ADs.
- Interscholastic Athletic Administration Magazine: Practical articles and ideas you can apply immediately.
- Professional Resource Library: Access to publications, position statements, forms, and other valuable tools.
- Leadership Training Institute: Educational curriculum of over 50 courses designed by and for athletic administrators; available in person and online.
